I was born and raised in Hudson Ohio and live here with my husband, Dustin Bond (also a licensed real estate agent in Ohio) and our three children. I started working Jim and Patricia Kurtz (My Parents) at a young age and was taught all about real estate, investing and all aspects of the construction business. As a matter of fact, I learned how to use a jackhammer to take down a fireplace and how to build a staircase before my 8th birthday.

I have always been involved with my family’s business in one way or another and I absolutely love every aspect. Working with my family has given me the opportunity to work with my husband, my parents, my brothers and friends on a daily basis. Most importantly it has allowed me the flexibility to spend time with my children.
